Finally!!!

Finally I figured out how to get this going. The site I was using before, playlist.com, was blocked on our school computers, so even after adding the playlist to my blog it wouldn't work. But one of my students showed me a cool new site that is similar, probably even better called Grooveshark.com. I'm pretty new to the site, but so far I'm liking it a lot. You can finid songs and create your own playlists to listen to. I feel like they have a better selection of music than playlist.com had. So enjoy my first playlist, I'm sure there are many others to come.

This first playlist, which is no where near finished is a Rock/Alternative playlist. This genre of music is one of my favorites, it is what I grew up with and I feel it has really formed me and my taste in music. Growing up in the northwest, bands like Weezer and Nirvana were staples of teenage life. So I hope you enjoy this music as much as I do. Not that there is really anyone out there reading this, but if you are, I hope you like it. I promise there will be many more to come.

New at this

This is by no means intended to be my forum to "Vent" to the world. I basically created this so I could listen to my music playlists on my computer at work. Hopefully it works, otherwise this will have been a complete waste of time. Maybe, just maybe, but don't get your hopes up, I might make an occasional post with something other than just playlists.
